springtime photos

so i have a little confession...
i am trying to learn how to use my camera.
so, if you don't want to look at a WHOLE bunch of pictures of my kiddos
go no further.

look at those eyes!

i don't know how i did this with my camera, shutter speed?
i love how liv is focused and everything else is blurry.

liv "helping" kale walk.

yes, i am a good mother.  i let him crawl around on the dirty ground.
he loves it.  he crys when i bring him inside.
what a BOY!

i love these 3 kiddos (most of the time)!

he loves this car.  i think he would stay in it all day.

very upset. i put him in the stroller to go for a walk.

the outside pants.

liv riding her bike.  we went on a walk and liv rode her bike.
she was so proud of herself.  too cute.

peek-a-boo

liv REALLY wants to climb trees.
she is actually kind of obessed.
here she is trying, just a bit to short.

mallory riding around with her pink boots.

DIRTY pants.

the girls love to play with kale through the window.  i got livy playing with him the other day.

we have some silly girls.

you did the picture of liv by using a low aperture. The higher the aperture, the more in focus everything in the shot is. With a low aperture, only part of the shot will be in focus. Make sense?
What kind of camera do you have?

hey, go through pioneerwoman.com/photography..she has some really great (and simplified) explanations on dslr's--aperture and shutter speed. and read your manual, it's so, so helpful. that's how i learned to work mine :)

There is so much room to play! What a beautiful house you have inside and out! I love it when you post these kind of pics of the kids and your day to day. I feel like we actually "see" eachother :)
