sweet baby kale

look at this face. olivia was so cute with kale. she couldn't wait to see him. she is a great big sister. liv wants to hold him ALL the time and helps getting diapers or his plug or whatever. i still can't get over her sweet face.here is nana with #12. she says we can keep him. she has been such a great help. i can't image doing this without her here. i am so lucky to have such a great mother that can come to help. thanks mom! i love you!he does open his eyes.sitting with daddy. isn't that the cutest blanket ever. my aunt gail makes them for all of us. thanks again aunt gail. i have already got tons of compliments! mallory and kale. mal is funny about kale. you know she loves him and wants to help and hold him, but she isn't really that concerned about him. i LOVE this outfit. he is such a boy. i think he looks JUST like brett. even the nose. he is so cute. i can't believe we have a boy. it's nice to have some blue around here. i just can't get enough of him. seriously! he is so darn cute!

what an experience, having a baby. i went all natural this time, not even the IV in my arm. it was terribly fabulous. i can still remember the whole pushing thing (thus we are NOT having anymore children at this moment, until that memory fades) but the recovery is awesome. i already feel great and shovelled our driveway today! kale has been a great baby so far. he is a great nurser and sleeps ok at night. we already had a checkup and he is almost back at birth weight!! the girls just love him. olivia is having alittle bit of a hard time. i think she thought kale was going to be her baby so she has a hard time not being the mommy. mallory is doing just great though and doesn't seem to even notice anything different. just one question,

how do you go grocery shopping with 3 kids??

Grocery shopping with three kids? You don't! You bring them to my house and then go by yourself.

I went natural with Search and I know what you mean about remembering the whole pushing thing! It's hard! And I've already forgotten how painful it was but I remind myself that i told Aaron that I would never do that again! But the recovery is so much better. And now I find myself thinking maybe I'll do it again with this one :)

Oh my Goodness!! He is adorable! That little face and the hair! Good job and you know how I feel about "natural" AWESOME! I knew you could do it. I wish my "memory" would stay fresh in my mind a little longer so I wouldn't be pregnant all the time, oh well. I am so happy for your cute family and yes a boy in the mix is a great thing!

Now as for shopping...I know the fear hello 5, AHHHH! You have girls first like me, here is my trick. My little Mommy-want-to-be's LOVE having their own list with a couple items on it and they are in charge of getting those things on their list and putting them in the cart and their favorite part is checking it off their list....very important. It keeps them occupied the whole time, don't ask me why they love it so much but they do! Even my littlest girl Taite likes to take her little pad of paper and just doodle her list! I don't think boys love this so much!

Oh my gosh...he's adorable! It's so hard not being 10 minutes away like I have been for your girls. I'm dying to give him some kisses. Way to go on the natural childbirth!

Cute Dorito! You did a great job bring another baby to our family. Don't you love the no IV/natural birth - that is how Ella arrived as well. Quick recovery and LONG memory!

I love, love, love it! He is so cute with all that hair.
I delivered Blake all natural also. He just came too fast to make any decisions. I know that pain - and you are a trooper for deciding for yourself! Go Stacey!

Stacey, he is such a cutie! I think it so cute that Liv is so helpful. I did that with Matthew, lol. I think Mallory will catch on that she has a brother. Its just something you aren't concerned about when you are almost 2 ^_^
Can she be two already?! WOW!
Kale looks so cute in that outfit! It makes me baby hungry, lol. Don't tell Brant!!
