preschool mom's day

today was mom's day at preschool! 

mallory painted my fingernails and did my hair.

we also read some books, played some games,

played barbies, and had a photo shoot.

then we got a yummy snack of flavored popcorn!

it was great to have some one on one time with mallory.

we had a great time together!

friends are fun

other fun things we did with friends tday were

look for tarantula in our heating vents with flashlights

and putting on obscene amounts of makeup

and styling some hair.

it was raining today but they still wanted to go on the trampoline.

they thought it was the greatest thing ever!

all of them laughed and played and loved getting rained on.

i saw they were getting all wet and asked if they wanted to come in.

all 4 in unison said no way!

fighter guys

little boys are so serious about being super heros.
russell and kale were fighter guys today and played so well together.

whenever you ask kale what he is going to be when he grows up

he always says spiderman!

stamp it up

we had a playdate today and got out the new stamps! 

the kids love to create stuff and

we have less tv time!

soccer

soccer has started!!

the girls are on the same team, which is just awesome!!

they are so excited to have uniforms.

it is so fun to see them play and learn something new!

i could definitely be a soccer mom!

kale wanted to go to practice as a ninja.

awesome.

he also has several friends that keep him busy

when we are mean and don't take him to the park at the practice field.

thank goodness for younger siblings!

family time

we are back at the park today! 

there was a family day put on by a local school.

we got there too early to do the super fun stuff

but did have a good time playing some games and

rolling down the huge hill!

hitting the trail

we went for a walk today.

we are trying to go to the park and outside as much

as we can with the awesome weather we are having.

the kids love this park.

there is a fun path, 2 different parks, a skate park, disk golf

and a pond!  super fun.

flowers

olivia's friend olivia came over today.

we made some flowers out of pipe cleaners for mother's day!

these girls are so cute and have alot of fun together!

fire engine!!

nana and papa sent a big surprise for kale and we finally got it today!
we opened it up and got it all put together right away!

he just loves the fire engine and so do the girls! 

kale told me he needs a fireaman hat now.

we were putting it together and i showed him the bell

on the front and his face lit up. 

he was so excited.  it's still his favorite thing!

blankets

i made some more faux chenille blankets for mal's preschool teachers babies.

i love how they turned out!

kale was all worn out from the trampoline.

hopefully this will happen everyday from now on!
